We use the following price ranges for all equipment rental requests, depending on the size you need.

• Skid Steer Track Loaders: $275-$500 per day
• Excavators: $215-$500 per day
• Concrete Buggies: $150 per day
• Mini Skid Loaders: $215 and up (based on attachments needed)

Call us for other equipment prices. We offer weekend deals and weekly and monthly special rates, too. We also have rental options such as picking up after 3:00 PM on Friday and keeping it for the weekend, paying a one-day charge for an eight-hour rental, and paying for three weeks and receiving the last week free. 

It's also worth noting that, according to Forbes, renting equipment can be up to 50% cheaper than purchasing. With that in mind, we often recommend renting over purchasing since you may not need to use the equipment for more than one project. Please also keep in mind that prices at Big O's Equipment Rental and Sales LLC are subject to change.

We deliver throughout Missouri and Kansas. Pricing is given as a quote based on mileage. Same-day delivery options are available if your equipment rental is scheduled for early in the day. You may also pick up the equipment yourself.

If the equipment rental is not returned full of fuel, then the customer is responsible for paying to refill it at $7 per gallon. Equipment returned very dirty, whether laden with spills or dirt inside, evidence of smoking in the cab, or concrete material left on the machine, is subject to a cleaning fee based on the time our staff has to spend cleaning it. Late returns or rentals exceeding eight hours per day on the equipment are subject to an additional charge as well.

If this happens, call us ASAP! Even if warning lights or alarms sound, never turn off the machine on your own, no matter what the machine alerts you to do. Call us instead to walk you through the process. Don't try to fix anything on your own first. Direct misuse of the machine causing damage is subject to the renter paying for the repair. A valid driver's license and credit/debit card are required at the time of equipment rental. For companies, we require a COI listing our company as additionally insured. Individuals need to make sure that home insurance covers rental equipment and any damages. Rental of trailers or towable equipment for the road requires a valid copy of vehicle insurance.
